I have just gotten off the phone with a consultant (Errol is his name I think).
He is slow, speaks unclearly and when I cancelled in proceeding with the insurance appliction, he called back to tell me now he knows why I a single and then hung up!
He also could not understand that I was not possession of the vehicle yet as I am enquirying about the potential cost of insurance as my vehicle finance has been approved but the vehicle is not yet ready for me to collect.
He says yes after every number and letter given to him which confuses the out of a caller as you then speak over him.
I want an immediate apology from him! And in writing from Dial Direct and the acknowledgement of some kind of recourse. This will also go onto Hello Peter to reflect against this company!
