Agent from Dial Direct called me and confirmed an insurance quote with them of R948.52 on my vehicle, and then i cancelled my ffw policy, and then the agent from dial direct said she was having problems on the system and she would call me back, no one called me back and i have already cancelled my cover with ffw!!! this is completely unprofessional and i demand a resolution as now i have no insurance confirmed on my name!!! highly unprofessional!!!
