4 weeks of absolutely no service

It's been more than 4 weeks since I was in an accident and Dial Direct notifies me on Friday that my vehicle is still in the same spot where they towed it to. This is ridiculous. I've been getting absolute no service from Dial Direct since my accident. I've been looking for a status update for a long time and no one comes back to me and now it starts to make sense. Nobody has touched my vehicle for more than a month. I only had access to another vehicle for a limited time which shouldn't have been an issue. Outsurance can fix R50 000 worth of damages in 1 month and the damages to my vehicle was only R18 000. Now it's going to cost me extra money to rent a vehicle to cater for Dial Direct's bad service. Or should I say no service.
