I had a busted pipe in my house on the 19 Feb 2013, and the water was all over the place, and cause the damage of the floors in all the rooms. Then i call my standard bank insurance for the claim damages. I called them on the 21 Feb i had already fixed the pipe. They requested me to fax them the slip showed that the was a busted pipe tha was fixed. I sent them the slip from the plumber. After that they sent their contractor on the 28 Feb 2013 to access the damages. When i called them fro feedback they told me that their contractor says the claim is not valid because the did not the licking pipe, whereas they cam on the 28th Feb and I called on the 21 and the pipe busted on the 19.So they were expecting to find the pipe licking after they came after a week, secondly they said my tile are removed because i am cleaning the floor everyday, I dont know when did they saw me cleaning the floor everyday. When i called them again they says they will send someone else to come and access again, till today no one came and no one is calling me. When i call asking to speak to Michelle, she is always busy or on lunch and saying Michelle is going to call me back, and she never called me.
