I am now a new FNB client for almost 6 Months. I have changed my address with them now 4 times and still it is not done. Every time I have to bring documentation to change this, and every time it is not done. I also waiting for my E-bucks card that was apparently sent via post to the old address after I have told them there is no mail delivery at that address and all correspondence must go to my Po Box. I also have a BIG ISSUE with your unfriendly WEB Site/Online banking. Every time when I go on to the website it refuse to accept my password and I have to change it every time I logged on. I have three user names and Passwords now for FNB written in my diary and none of them work. Please sort this out NOW or I have no choice but to go back to my previous bank. N.S What happened to all the promises you made on your adverts on radio? None of that was offered to me when I opened my account.
