24hr Mobility the worst insurer i hve ever had to

Where do i begin? 1st my phone doesnt wanna charge take it for mtn repairs they tell me it cant be repaired... we all hve insurance for this right? fill in a claim for my insurance which i took with the help of MTN... thier 1st response is that the IMEI no on the claim doesnt match the one they hve on thier system i must send em the claim again... next they dont recieve my claims i must fax... then the fax is not clear... then i must send to Posche he dsnt recieve it... the n finaly my claim is with Donavan who is never available to say whats what... call centre agents are leaving him notes and sending email reminders and nothing is being done... No one ever calls back, i hve to call and stay on the line for hours be4 i go thru... thinking of the money i hve spent on this in the past 3 months myb i could bought me another phone... call centre agents never know whats wat everytym i hve to bring em up to speed with the latest on this claim... they are goin back n 4th. and have been debiting their instalments all this tym... Megan Hope... admin looking into this wont help as a response please tell me whats what... so GATFUL have been with out a smart phone from Feb 22nd.
