I bought a car at We buy cars and forced to purchase a mechanical warranty. After 3 month i noticed that on the contract it was stated that the policy can be cancelled at anytime then i immediately called and cancelled the policy. Then i was informed by innovation group that the refund will be paid to the bank that financed my car. I was informed that i am not allowed to know how much was refunded and also not allowed to get the proof of payment showing that the refund has been paid to the bank. I have been calling them twice a month for the past five months and they keep telling me that the money has been paid to the bank but when i call the bank they say no payment has been received to my finance account. every time i call I'm being put on hold for a long time and eventually being told that the person who can assist is not available and they will get back to me. Now i think i have been scammed and even considering opening a case. I could have saved on interest had the payment being made on time.
