I really don't know how to rate the service, It is surely between blatant and pathetic!! I recently claimed with this insurer, to start with, you hold on the line like airtime is free. With regards to my claim, I was sent form pillar to post, being told different this by different people. First it was that I did not pay my premiums mind you that I have been calling every month to keep in line with my payments, every month I was told not to worry, my policy is reinstated. yesterday when I went to the store I was told to pay 625, they themselves don't know whats its for, all I want is for my claim to be honored without and discrepancies but this is what you get when you choose to insure with the wrong people. I wont go much into details because it is a waste of my time but in bottom line is 24HR MOBILITY IS NOT THE RIGHT INSURER FOR ME< maybe EVERYONE.!!!
