Atms not working and no notices put

I arrived at std bank at 08 20 and atms were closed by a blinder and unable for me to withdraw funds. I asked 1 male staff member to helpd us with the atms and he said he will call and atms will be opened for us, to my suprise he joined his colleages in a meeting that was taking place, only after the meeting was over, he then made a phone call and it was already 08 50. I left as I was now late for work and still no feedback as to what is happening. I was not impressed with std bank service.
