With Nedbank the client does not have a say

On 24.05.2013 a bebt order tried to go off on my account from Nedbank for my personal loan. My salary is paid in on the 25th of every month, thus when debt order tried to go off it was reversed. On the contract I signed I indicated that the debt order date must be the 25th of every month as I was not given many other options for dates. I phoned the personal loans department on the 27th of May to ask them to have a look at the situation and reimburse me the bank fees and to write a letter to my bank explaining that this must not be put on my credit record. They said that someone would phone me in 30 hours to explain what was gaining on. On 03.06.2013 I phone the personal loans department just to be informed that "someone from the bank did inform me that I had to send my bank statements, NO ONE phoned me. I then phone the complaints department who phoned me back yesterday, a VERY arrogant agent spoke to me and told me that it was my fault and they will not be helping me and I may go to the ombudsman. This is not the first time that NEDBANK tried to put the debt order through earlier then specified and according to my knowledge this is against bank practice.
