I was on my way to Cresta when I received a message notification that R1000 has been withdrawn on my account at Broadacres at 13:22 on 15th February 2013. I then went to Standard Bank, at Cresta Mall to report the matter. The service consultant put me to the Department via the telephone. I then spoke to a lady there and explained to her what had happened and she took my details. I was then given a reference number and the lady said they would call me.
