R8200 ripped off from my account

They sent her a massage that she owes the bank R88 for funeral cover- which was impossible cause when I opened that account there was R8500, I've only withdrawn R3000 0n 09th March 2013 and was left with R8200 in my account, I then decided to visit the bank (Jabulani Mall Ned bank) to find out exactly what was wrong- I was assisted by a Ms D Moloi who told me that on the 23th of March 2013 R3000 was withdrawn from my account from a Ned bank ATM there in Jabulani Mall and on April 2013 a R1000 was withdrawn on the very same ATM and again a R1000 withdrawn the very same month the very same ATM, but they were unable to provide information on how this happened cause there is no one that has my pin code for that card not even my children. I was told that they will investigate and they will let me know, they didn't even give me the exact date as to when I should expect their call regarding this matter, I'm really devastated by this please help me sort this out.
