I have applied for the bluebean credit card via telephone and I was told it was approved and it will only take 7-10 days to get the card, then I got a call from a lady at UTI telling me the card will be delivered to Standard bank at Cresta mall but when I got there the consultant told me the card wasn't delivered what makes me angry I have waisted my time going to Cresta and they told me they will call me even now I'm still waiting, and when I called Cresta branch to check if the card was deliverd cause yesterday I got a missed call from their branch the lady who answered sounded so tired and it was 9.30 in the morning and she told the person who called me she will call again but even now I'm still waiting for that call.
