Horrible service at FNB Insurance Brokers as they take forever to settle claims, promise to call back if you the client don't follow up nothing will happen. The electricity went out on the 03/02/2013 and only got restored late around 16h00 on the 04/2013 and all the products in the fridge/freezer went off. I lodge the claim with Fnb the same day. Today the 15/02/2013 they told me the payment will be in my bank acc only wed the 20/02/2013. Now i have to buy meat with money i don't have but they care less. Claim like this should have been settled in /- 3 working day's. You can leave a message to call back even the claims manager don't call back.
