I wrote to helo peter about the that happened to me end of August. I was having my card with me but my months salary was withdrawn from various atms around Gauteng. I reperted the matter to standard bank and they told me that the matter is still being investigated but nothing was happening until i reported in hello peter last week wednesday. A lady called Barbara Fondling emailed me said the matter is being investigated by the department and that they will come back to me. i couldnt get any answer but emails saying they tried to call me and i responded back that they should call me back. Today Barbara called me and told me that there is nothing they can do for me and unfortunately they cannot pay me my money back which was withdrawn whilst in their care. She said i should take the matter up as there is nothing they can do. My question is who is suppose to pay me if she says they cannot pay me back and that i should take the matter up. Standard bank is not sympathysing with me after a happened to me. Why am i having an account with them if i cannot be protected when something like this happens to me. i am very dissappointed and disgusted with standard bank. PETER HELP
