I opened a prepaid debit card with absa bank at ghandi Square branch on january 2012 and i went to olivenhoutbosch branch to transfer amount of R13000.00 from account number 9190150689 to prepaid debit card (acc no:9256224815) and they charged me R300.00 for the transfer. according to the price voucher for internal and External transfer is free, meaning no charges. i went to Pretoria branch to ask them if they can reverse the charges and they told me that they have to contact Branch manager at Absa Ghandi square for the approval to reverse the charges and i will get the feedback from Hester at Pretoaria Branch and they told her that they are not going to refund the charges. i neeed to know the reason why the dont want reverse me those charges and cause I want those charges to be refunded into my account 9190150689 as it was not explain to me that for any R100.00 they are going charge R2.50. it was non disclosure of information.
