My ex husband removed my vehicle from our combined insurance policy in August 2011 and I had to get alternative cover..
Last week i was getting quotes to see if I could get better than I have now, When i was advised by the new company that i have a claim against my name in November 2011 for a "car radio" and hence i can't get better pricing because it's within 3 years... i haven't claimed on my car in over 3 years now. We've been estranged since March 2011... how can he be allowed to do this?
i went onto outsurance's website and gave all the details asking for an update and to please give me the details 4 - 5 days ago and still no comment. Even got this lovely useless message after me posting the complaint..

I want to know WHAT was claimed for and WHO made the claim and what other claims are against my name and how can people put things against my name if i am not informed and not even ON THE POLICY ANYMORE!??? AND i want it removed.. its to put claims against other peoples names and affect their insurance rating!!!
