I open Nedbank account online in 2011 unaware is a private banking until 2012 when i asked increase on my overdraft. In March 2012 i went at Rustenburg Square to inquier of high banking charges i was having, i was told that they rectified that. Late same year i went back again with the same complain and promised that has been solved. Last year year i was told that there is an individual whose dealing with my account, finally i met with my personal banker (Sanet) who was not even aware that i am her client for two years. She was shocked because of high baking charges i got, she sent me to the branch to inquire about them. i logged my complain to the branch Manager (Rustenburg Square) in October 2013 he never gave me feedback until January 2014 when i called and asked what is going on. On the 30 January 2014 i received a call from Mafikeng Branch Manager after escallating my matter to higher level saying that area Manager (Melodie du Bruin) said that she cant refund my money because i opened my account on line not at the branch. I asked that webside was FNB, Standard bank or Absa bank website because i used nedbank webside so it must be liable for my money.
