According to ABSA: "Value Bundle You pay an affordable, fixed monthly fee for as little as R79, 00 for a set number of transactions as part of your Value Bundle. Unused transactions roll over to the next month. Various value-adds are included." Ever since I changed my account I have been charged the R79.00 and additional charges which are called transactional charges, and admin charges when I deposit and withdraw, and according to the bundle am supposed to get 5 free withdrawals and get charged after that? I would love to understand where is the Value in that or are there some hidden charges that we not told about? I am really not happy and don't want to live absa because I have been using it for years and its convenient with its ATMs.
