I had been in an accident last year november. My insurance gave Brooklyn Auto Motive approval for repairs. Every time I phone to query when I will receive my car back, they take a message for Kobus to return my call, which he never does. I have to follow up every time myself. It has been 3 moths now and I still not have my vehicle back yet. Last week I spoke to Kobus and now they are waiting for a part to arrive. I AM FEDUP WITH THEM NOW. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE INFORM ME HOW MUCH LONGER WILL THIS TAKE???
