My New Motor vehicle was involved in an accident and was sent to a Ford Approved Auto body Repairer which was nominated by my insurance company, when the repairs were completed the Vehicle (at my request and cost) was sent to Consolidated Auto who carried out a full inspection to see if the repairs complied with the Ford Auto Body Repair Standards and throughout the whole process I was kept informed and at the end provided a report by Ford. They even advised the Auto body repairer to come and collect the vehicle from them and also advised them that they will have to complete the work as per ford Standards as the workmanship was not of an acceptable standard. Ford has advised me that they will again inspect it and also follow up with the Auto body repaire
