I made a call to the call centre and spoke to kobus with regards to a new installion in my car he explained to me a new installation deal that king prise is having with car track and that he will inform werner to phone me back with more information, it was not even long then werner phoned me back explained everything to me and how it is going to work. They were very friendly and helpfull, afterwards kobus phoned me back and ask if werner phoned and if i am satisfied with everything and if there is any thing that i dont understand i must not hestitate to phone them and ask for help. I would just like to thank them for their fast and friendly service:-)
