First National Bank
13 YEAR DEBT EVEN AFTER PAID UP GARNISHEE ORDER

I had an FNB credit card that went into the red. I was handed over to attorney's for collection and a garnishee order was issued in 2004 for R10 770.51. In 2007 the garnishee was paid up. A month later, and without me knowing, my employer received a letter ordering them to re-instate the garnishee order as i still owed over R19 000. In 2011 i left that employment and found out that i still owed a further R16 000 or so. I have since received a statement from the attorney's, stating that i have paid a total of R36 766.24 to date and FNB have now handed me over a second time stating that my current balance owing is R 38 438.
This seems like a "debt" sentence!
I lodged a complaint with FNB a week ago (11Feb 2013 ref # 252882) and was told someone will get back to me within 48 hours! Today i made about 6 calls and still nobody is able to help. One person even told me that this is a Discovey credit card and I need to get a hold of them.
"FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU...?
