I had a Standard Bank Credit Card which went into arrears because of unemployment. This was handed over to Coombe and who placed a garnishee order on my salary. According to Flemix and (Amanda de Beer) this account (in the name of ICOM PTY LTD) had been paid in full and a refund is due. However, Standard Bank claims that this account has NOT been paid in full. As per statements received from Standard Bank, it is clear that NOT all garnishee deductions were paid to Standard Bank. When talking to Standard Bank employees they do not know who ICOM PTY LTD is, and will NOT accept the settlement letter in that name. Standard Bank is now handing me over to yet another company to retrieve the outstanding money. If this is allowed, then I would have paid the same account twice. Everyone is just passing the buck and telling me that it is my problem, as this is my account and Flemix and . no longer has any mandate on this account. Then why don't they just pay over the money which they deducted from my salary? According to their records I paid too much and a refund is due, but Standard Bank says everything has NOT been paid. Please send proof that ICOM PTY LTD is Standard Bank.
