I've got a problem with above-mentioned attorney. I had a loan with Unibank (it was sequestrated). I started asking questions about this garnishee on my pay for a long time and nobody could answer me. Beginning of this year i was told by "Eunice" that this court order deductions was stopped in 2004/2005 and they refunded me money in February to the amount that was paid into their account. My problem is that this garnishee is still on my pay, i don't have any evidence of this court order set aside, and i really want to clear my name on this one. At that stage my name was Suzette Pretorius, it's Richards now. Can you please help me to investigate this matter and to find out why this garnishee are not stopped on my pay as from 2004. I'm working in the SANDF and this is a very bad reflection on my paysheet. Thank you very much
