Hi received a garnishee order from syndicated collectors on behalf of Atlas finance late last year sometime.
As soon as I learnt about the garnishee I immediately contacted syndicated collectors to make payment arrangements. so I had requested for the garnishee to be placed on hold since I'd arranged to get debited
It's now been 3 months and law and behold I've just found out that not only has syndicated collectors been debiting my account but they've been collecting funds through the garnishee order which they resubmitted after I had made arrangements with them.
