I was called by Sure Finance Naresh two weeks to do a loan application with me and I was so specific about my credit rating to him. I told him that I am hesitant in doing this application because I have POOR POOR CREDIT RATINGS and Naresh said to me that Sure Finance helps those kind of people and you have 95% for success stories helping people with poor poor or low credit rating. There is also a rate of R299 that you have to pay for them helping you to get the loan. So I then thought ok there is no way my loan application can be declined with something that we spoke about (poor credit rating).
So I was going to let this go, but Tintswalo sent me an sms saying that my application was declined for the very reason which myself and Naresh had spoken about that my credit rating was poor. like seriously I mean you knew that I had poor credit rating so why did you even say you will help me in my state. Promising people to help them with whatever state and in turn say we are declining you for the same thing and to debit my account month end for what the R299. I have emailed them so many times trying to get help but being ignored by even Anthony their Call center manager.
