I would like to report these people: Flemix and associates
Can someone please assist, where can I report these people and put a stop on what they are doing. Please help.
Can the deductions be stopped and I'm also requesting a refund cause I do not owe SA Multi Loan.
I've sent them debt contract, proof of payments from 20/10/12- 20/12/12:Amount R750.00 per month (Garnishee orders on my payslips).
Another Garnishee order on my 20/08/13 payslip Amount R750.00.
Bayport settled total amount to SA Multi Loan: R 7367.11 paid 21/10/11
What is it that I still owe? And if you can add up all the amounts are way more than the amount I owed.
I called SA Multi Loan call centre and they referred me to you (Flemix Attorneys to stop the deductions) since the account was handed over to you.
I don't even know why the account was handed over to you cause the settlement figure was made on time... 21 October 2011
And can you remove my name on ITC for debt that I don't owe cause payment was made 21 October 2011
