Garnishee

Good Peter,

I have an account with FIN CHOICE and they have handed my acc over to Van Der Walt attorney's, there was no letter or call that was made to be notifying me that they will be garnishing my salary. I feel I have treated unfairly in this regards and there was no communication in place. Please help Van Der Walt Attorneys and contact me to remove this garnishee so we can reach a payment agreement because the garnishee is affecting my rating negatively. Please assist with this matter.
