On the 08/04/2013 a collections agent called and made an appointment to see me regarding an outstanding / default in payment with a financial institution. the gentleman came to work place and we arranged a debit order of R1118.60 to be debitted untill the owed amount of R9117.00 is fully paid up.. Month end of May the debit order went off successfull, which i was very pleased with as i had been willing to pay this amount but had no idea which attorneys the account had been handed over to for a long time. to my surprise on the 25/06/2013 i viewed my pasleep at work and they had placed a garnishee with my employer. i am very enraged with the way they think they can do as they please with my salary, i believe this is breach of contract that i signed agreeing to the debit order which has gone off also. i now have been garnished R1118.60 and debited this morning another R1118.60 by Flemix & association and this was not the agreement, I AGREED TO A DEBIT ORDER NOT A GARNISHEE, charging me twice is a huge inconvenince to me and i would like to be credited one R1118.60 and the Garnishee to be cancelled as i have agreed to pay when i was approached and the debits are going off successfully
