MY FAMILY CAR WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT ON THE 2 JANUARY 2013, TILL TODAY MY FATHER IS CALLING THE INSURANCE COMPANY BUT NO ASSITANCE EACH TIME HE CALLS HE SPEAK TO A NEW OPERATOR WHO THEN ASK QUESTIONS AND PROMISE TO GET BACK TO HIM, NO REFERENCE NUMBER OR CLAIM NUMBER GIVEN TO HIM, SO EVERY TIME HE CALLS HE REPEAT THE SAME STORY CAUSE HE SPEAK TO A NEW OPERATOR.MY FATHER IS USING AIRTIME TO CALL SO YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW MUCH IT COST HIM.
