Poor Customer Service

Two and a half weeks ago I went into Nedbank to apply for a credit card, gave all my details and all the documents and they said someone would get back to me. Up until today no one has gotten back to me with any feedback whatsoever.

Then I get a call from Nedbank call centre asking me to consider taking a cheque account with them. I tell them not right now and tell them about my credit card application I made. They confirm all my details and promise to call me back with a reference number so I can then send all the necessary documents. Sadly yet again no one has gotten back to me.

I really do expect better from Nedbank. I am very disappointed.
