I applied for a credit card on 11 May and also sent in my supporting documents that same day. Today is Thursday and I still have not heard a thing from Nedbank. I tried calling the number as per your website: 0860555111 but cannot actually get to a human to enquire how my application went. Sent an email to
[Email Removed] as my husband received an SMS saying my application is in process, and a lady contacted me telling me they will send me an SMS. I still have not reveived an SMS, I have no idea whats going on, how much I qualify for to see if I even want to accept an offer. The service with Nedbank is so poor and I was hoping that my last debacle with Nedbank was a once off thing, but it seems to be the norm with Nedbank...
