Car worse after 'repairs'

I was involved in an accident on the 5th of December 2012. Virgin money sent me to Auto Magic Rivonia. My car was supposed to be ready on the 18th of January, but they ordered the wrong parts, and it took another 2 weeks. On the 1st of February I was able to collect my car. When I got there I was shocked at the lack of quality control. The small little finishes were never done. As I left there eventually, my oil light came on. I stopped at the nearest garage and phoned Simon from Auto Magic. The oil level was fine, but there was hardly any water and there was NO coolant. I added this and phoned Simon again to say I've checked the oil, but will be bringing back the car to them on the Monday. I told him that even though there was oil in the car, the oil light was still flashing on and off, and he said that it was possibly just the oil light sensor. On way home engine seized and insurance refuse to pay!! Car was in perfect driving order when I took it, and had service in nov 2012!! Now my car can't drive and they won't pay!! Tow truck took car back to auto magic, and I am stuck!!! They say wear and tear, I say that's rediculous!!! Car was fine before. Surely something must be done!
