FFW Poor Claim Management

I have had the worst service experience with First For Women Car Insurance. First, I put through a hail damage claim in October 2012 and was only allocated a date to have the car fixed for 24 January 2013. My cracked windscreen only got fixed after countless follow ups by me, afterwhich their supplier broke my door frame! I took my car in on the 24th to their Global Hail who fixed the dents and sent the car over to BMW Zambesi for the panel beating work. The car reached BMW on the 31st of January. To date the vehicle had (15/02/13) not been worked on by BMW because they're waiting for authorization from my insurer. It has taken FFW a WHOLE 2 WEEKS to send through this authorization! I've been calling consistently & everytime I do I'm told "Its been sent to the escalations department who will contact you"... never received contact from them! The worst part of it all is that FFW didn't even know that my car was at Zambesi and had to find out from me!! Courtesy car has expired & I've had to return it to Budget Car Rental. Sitting for a week without a car whilst my car sits in Zambesi's garage for a whole 2 weeks waiting for FFW to send authorization. This is beyond pathetic! FFW!
