I think Budget should hear of bad service of their suppliers, as it gives Budget a bad name. Short version of a long story:
My car was haildamaged last year and damage covered by Budget. I booked it in for small dents on the roof to be fixed. The place i took it, Global Hail, in Isando, sent it to Atlantis Panelbeater in LaRochelle Road in Turfontein for this to be fixed. It has been over a month and the car is still not ready. I have been phoned a few times, to be told the car will be ready later the day, or the next day, but then get told its in for Buffing, or some other excuse. Sometimes i dont even get a call back for an update. Last week i was told my car will FINALLY be ready on the Thursday, 2 May. On Thursday, they said its still not done, i will get it the Friday morning. Nothing the friday morning, when i phoned they said no, only this week. I had a friend phone the panelbeters and they said they only started working on the car last week, two weeks after they received it. and now they sent away for panels. Panels to fix small hail dents? I dont think so. the bad attitude and is enough. Buget should investigate their supplier and see what the story is.
