Shocking Service from Zambesi Auto

My vehicle was checked in on 4 April 2014 at Zambezi Auto for panel beating work needed to be done regarding hail damage. Up until now 19 May 2013 work has not yet been finalized. On a weekly basis the date for finalization is moved forward and on the due date we are not informed why the work to be done are not finalized. All phone calls from my side was made with extreme frustration since I had to be kept waiting sometimes more than 30 minutes just be informed that someone will call back. The person dealing with the matter Mayroon Moosa is always busy on the phone and messages left are never returned. Mutual and Federal could take better care of which panel beaters they refer their clients to.
