No Respons and from ABSA Profindent fund

I withdrew from the fund on the 9th of December 2012. On the 6th of February 2013 I enquired when pay-out will take place because originally I was told that it takes 6 weeks. I received a response from Chantal Arendse (which I must say have been terrific trying to help me) that the Admin department @ABSA provident fund would make my payment of Friday 08th of February 2013. Weekend pass and I did not receive anything. I phoned Chantal on Monday the 11th of feb 2013 to say but I did not receive anything when she followed up from them they apparently got my surname confused and the payment was rejected which according to them was sorted out on tue 12th of feb 2013 and apparently payment was also made on this day. I still have not received a cent into my account and I have phoned Chantal to try and find out if they were telling the truth and it seems that no one is giving her answers or me I am getting very frustrated with this now I want answers has the payment been made if not why am I being told. It's very bad customer service and I am horrified that such a big company has absolutely no regard for their clients.
