Over 5 months to fix car and still not 100%

My car was affected by hail damage in October 2012. Car was eventually booked in for repairs on the 29 November. They had promised to have the car fixed by the 15 Jan. End of Jan came and no word when the car would be ready for collection. I was eventually told that the panel beaters they had used had done an inferior spray job and that the car had to be taken to a new panel beater. I had to wait another 2 months before the car was finally finished. When I went to pick up the car in the beginning of May, they said they had lost the Renault key and didn't have enough time to organize another one so they replaced it with a generic one. The panel beater said he didn't have all the parts so couldn't fix the door frame. Budget also ensured that the windscreen which was cracked would also be replaced but was returned to me with the cracked windscreen. The following day my wife proceeded to open the window, the window fell into the door. 2 days later I tried to open the back door which wouldn't work. The Renault logo wasn't stuck on properly, fell off. I have tried to get hold of Budget, they even conducted a survey which i pointed out my disappointment but no one has got back to me!
