Shocking service levels

FNB Montague Gardens, Cape Town, takes 1st prize for worst service one can imagine.
One service point for collections etc and the queue is always 20 long.
When you complain the answer is always head office/management won't allow more staff.

Needed a business cheque book replacement. Was told it would have to be ordered as they are no longer allowed to hold stock?? No problem, they said, should take a few days and they will phone me.
No surprise but no calls. 2 weeks later I waited 1 hour in collection queue to collect. No excuses given why no call to say it was ready.
Just has to one of the worst FNB branches in the country. Or maybe it is the worst bank full stop??
