TOOK MY CAR TO GLOBAL HAIL FOR HAIL DAMAGE REPAIRS ON THE 15TH OF JAN'13. I GOT NO UPDATE AS TO HOW FAR THEY WERE WITH MY CAR, THEN I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY REFERRED ME TO MY INSURACE . I PHONED FIRST FOR WOMEN THEY TOO DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING. MORE THAN A WEEK LATER I PHONED MY INSURACE DEMANDING ANSWERS AND THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE PANEL BEATERS ARE WAITING FOR PARTS, I DEMANDED THAT THEY TELL WHEN THOSE PARTS WILL BE AND I WAS SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST. 2WEEKS LATER I DEMANDED MY CAR BACK FROM THE PANELBEATERS AS THEY WERE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO IT, TO MY SHOCK WHEN I GOT MY CAR IT WAS IN A TERRIBLE STATE FILTHY AND NOTHING WAS DONE ON IT FOR THAT 2 WEEKS. THE INTERIOR LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING AND TO DATE MY INSURANCE AND THE PANEL BEATERS CANNOT TELL ME WHEN MY CAR WILL BE FIXED YET I PAY MY INSURANCE EVERY MONTH.
