December 2012 - reported hail damage. 15 January 2013 - car was taken in to Global Hail and a rental car was collected. 18 January 2013 - car was moved to Silver Star Panelbeaters. I was not notified of this move. I have had no feedback, no call backs, no updates whatsoever from First For Women. I finally found out today that the panelbeaters only received authorization from First For Women TODAY!!! 05 February 2013. At the same time, the car rental was not extended when I CALLED THEM and requested it. I received threatening SMS's from Budget to return the rental car or face penalties, even though First For Women assured me it was extended. It was not. I had to call Budget and sort this matter out myself. I have now given them a deadline of Friday 08 February 2013 to get my property back. Watch this space... I don't have much hope...
