I had to get a 3 month stamped bank statement - I bank with Std Bank and FNB. Going to Std Bank and has teh mess around, so I decide that I could get a 3 month statement from you guys as well. So after an hour into my break, I enter your branch and find around 15 people or more in a queue and 3 tellers servicing them. Needless to say - I don't have the luxury to sit all day in a bank to get a statement in order for me to apply for other services. How can we help you? I hate waiting. I am a working person. I don't have time for this pathetic service. The last time I visited the FNB branch it took me 55 minutes (and that's just inside the bank - not parking or driving there). I wish one day we'll get a new bank with real service.
