Dear Steve bank
I am totally unhappy customer that you are charging over R11 for a single page for statement, I was amazed that I was charged over - R50 for a three month bank statement, which is almost half of month fees, I wonder if other customers know about this??? why don't you advertise your statement price via steve ads??? Printed out statement from internet and FNB agent and branch management said that they no allowed to sign my statement from internet banking, the statement you send monthly is also useless, thus Im forced to make an option to take statement from the bank in which they making a day light by charging us an absurd amount for a statement.
