Overcharged for bankstatement and did not recieve

I went to the First National Bank branch on main, requesting for proof of address and 6 months bank statement, all i got was the internet bank statement from them that was not even stamped which and they could not even even help me with proof of address. The lady that was assisting me kept on complaining about having to print 6 months bank statement saying it would take long and she charged me, R39.60, R39.60, R29.70, R29.70, im not sure why she charged me this much for a bank statement that she did not even stamp, im not happy with their service, clearly they do not care about thier customers.
