Poor Service - yet again. Why am I not shocked?

I doesn't phase me anymore - but I still like to share my experiences so that others can know how pathetic, the service is, from Standard Bank. I needed to get a 3 month's stamped bank statement so I decided to pop over at your branch at the Boulders centre today. I was told to use the ATM outside to get a print out of the 3 months statement. My preference is to do that in the bank and minimize risk in a high risk area. So after being told that I go to the ATM - it was out of order - so I go back in the bank - and join the queue AGAIN, then go to the teller and was told that they are not allowed to do that at the teller. So AGAIN i have to explain that the ATM is not working (she should have known this) - then she says there's something wrong with her terminal and she takes my ID and bank card to the back - comes out after a while and says they cant do it. I must come back at a later time. Walking to FNB and I pass ANOTHER STD BANK branch in the centre - couldn't they have told me that there was another branch? PATHETIC SERVICE. Thanks for replying to my email I sent you in DEC inquiring about premier banking - I'm switching to FNB. They are bad as well but you guys are the worst!
