First National Bank
FNB - BAD BAD service

I ordered an iphone on 28 Jan 2013 with 10-15days delivery time. Today is day 15. They can not even tell me where the device is. I spoke with the courier department and they have no order. I called the FNB call centre on monday to follow up and they sent a message to their escalations department to prioritize my order. Today when i called they offered to do the same. Im getting no answers and cant understand they FNB treat their clients like this. They also called to mention that the phone i initially order was no longer available! Big thumbs up! SHould have walked into a shop and bought one rather.
