Bad service in Tembisa Plaza Branch

You expect with all the innovation the bank is providing to at Least respect all the customers, we been waiting on the line for 30 minutes because they opened 2 tellers in servicing and sales, I mean really? People are falling asleep and no body cares that the lines are so long!!! In santon and other sophisticated branches you will never see such things now because we in the local areas we get bad services!!! We pay the same rates as everyone and we know there is staff here so why they not opening other teller!?!

Lets treat every branch like its important, I can not wait for bank statement for more than an hour it's not possible
