After a year of not claiming Dial Direct increased my car insurance premiums by over 10 percent and still had the nerve to increase my excess from just under R3000 to over R8000. How does that happen. Well my opinion is that they are just trying get out of no claim bonus payouts by milking as much as possible from you will little as possible risk from their side to finance your no claim bonus with your year 2 and 3 premiums and high excess fee.
Going to hippo to quote for the same car the premiums quoted are almost exactly what I am paying right now before their proposed increase.
I am appalled by Dial Direct tactics. How do they justify such increase for a client that has never called for anything from them? While quoting for the same car from them comes out lesser than their increase.
