Refusal to Update ITC listing

I have settled my credit card in December. on 17 January i received a letter from the lawyers that my account is settled. I have been asking standard bank to update my credit record with the credit burue. With no luck i was told to wait 14 days and still nothing has been done to rectify the situation. They are very quick to give you over to their lawyers and phone you for loans. their service is very bad.

please assist me in solving the problem.
